Superslic stainless wires go through a cold drawn process leading to a superior finish. Pulling the wire through a die flattens the surface resulting in reduced friction. During this process oil is forced into the gaps of the wire, allowing it to secrete the oil over time. This helps to lubricate the casing, keeping shifting and braking smoother for longer. Due to this process the Superslic range has no coatings that will rub off the wires due to friction, keeping your outer cables running soothly. The wires are pre strectched to allow a more direct feel.
